The WB6200 indicator and weigh beam combination has been designed with simplicity in mind - it is quick and simple to set up and use.
Ideal for all types of weighing applications where portability and flexibility are required, such as weighing pallets or long loads (for example tubes or pipes), for installation under conveyors, tanks, hoppers or animal crushes, or simply where it is more efficient to take the weighing equipment to the load.
The system comprises two robust 1000 mm long enclosed mild steel weigh beams, which have a hard wearing high grade epoxy paint finish, and rubber end caps and a stainless steel indicator with a large green, backlit LCD display.
With a system weighing capacity of 2500 kg, each beam is fitted with two 1100 kg nickel-plated shear beam load cells giving up to 200% overload protection and up to 100% end loading protection.
Four large adjustable rubber feet keep the beams stable when in use.
Each beam is fitted with a large lifting handle which folds down when not in use and comes as standard with six metres of load cell cable which connects directly to the base of the indicator by means of a quick release bayonet style connector.

Indicator

A large green, backlit LCD display housed in an IP65 stainless steel enclosure with only five simple to use operational keys helps minimise the need for training.
The five function keys; On/Print; Off/Zero; Gross/Net; Tare and Units have been designed with the user in mind to make this scales operation almost self-explanatory.
To allow the scale to be totally portable the WB6200 indicator comes as standard with an internal rechargeable battery to allow the machine to be used in areas where power is unavailable, an AC power adaptor is also supplied.
The backlit display makes the WB6200 ideal for use in poorly lit areas.
Auto shut-off allows the scale to automatically switch off when not in use to conserve battery life.
The WB6200 comes as standard with one bi-directional RS232 to allow easy connection to printers, PC and other compatible devices.
